Jolie Rozière ships worldwide.
Each item is sent with a tracked and signed for service, you will receive an email notification of your order confirmation as well as tracking information and a despatch email once your item is on its way to you.
Jolie Rozière is not responsible for any delays with packages once sent, or items that may get lost in the post once sent that are out of my control.
I offer two types of delivery, by Mondial Relay and Colissimo.
With Mondial Relay, the delivery is possible to your usual relay place but also to your home. Mondial Relay is mainly a service available in France and certain European countries.
Home delivery is available for the following countries : France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, UK, Germany, Austria, Portugal, Italy and the Netherlands. All your orders will be dropped off at a relay place near my workshop, and you will have a tracking number as soon as your package has been sent.
With colissimo, I ship all over the world. All your orders are dropped off in a post office and are sent by colissimo, so you will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your package is shipped. Delivery costs are calculated according to your delivery address.
Taxes and customs charges may occur and are the responsibility of the customer (taxes are for countries outside the EU). I am not responsible for this and cannot tell you if additional charges will apply. These fees vary depending on your country, so I advise you to check with your customs to find out the possible imposed taxes.
STANDARD SHIPPING ESTIMATES
France – 7€ – 1-3 days for delivery once posted.
Europe – 10 to 15 € – 5-10 days for delivery once posted.
Rest of the world – 25 to 40 € – 7-14 days for delivery once posted.
As all my garments are handmade to order by me, unfortunately I am unable to offer refunds, especially if I already began to sew your piece. Each item is totally made to order just for you, if an item doesn’t get ordered, it doesn’t get made, to avoid fabric waste.

If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase I can offer alterations at an additional cost. If the fit is not as desired, please email email@example.com within 5 days of delivery and a returns address will be provided to you.
For alterations, it will always be the customer’s responsibility to safely post items back to the workshop with a trusted tracked service, this cost is not worked into the price of my pieces and must be covered by you.
